Everyone is aging, and many changes happen along the way – physically, mentally, financially – in about every aspect of our lives. Join Family Life Educator Robin Ridgley as she examines some of those changes and how to adopt a mindset that is more accepting of change that will result in improved well-being and possibly new opportunities.
