We have moved

The Madison/St. Clair Extension office in Collinsville has moved to a new space. Our new office located in Edwardsville at the Madison County Farm Bureau (900 Hillsboro Ave) will be officially open on Monday, May 20. Unfortunately we are still experiencing internet and phone issues. Due to these constraints, staffing and hours may be limited until this is resolved. We look forward to welcoming you in our new space. For any inquiries please email uie-mms@illinois.edu until further notice. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this transition! Experience the future of agriculture

Registration is now open for youth aged 12-15 to dive into the thrilling exploration of the science and technology behind agriculture. Join us for hands-on field activities, including planting and observing different types of corn, drone technology. Transportation from Waterloo to the JJK Center and field trip locations, as well as lunch, snacks, and drinks, are all included.

Youth Cooking School registration now open

Registration for Youth Cooking School is now open welcoming youth aged 9-14. The food challenge session is designed for the more experienced chef, tailored for ages 11-15. Youth will learn basic cooking skills, kitchen and food safety, nutrition tips and prepare tasty recipes. Secure your spot now!
